| The artist researched events that occurred globally, regionally, and locally on each of his mother’s 91 birthdays, following her passing. He transcribed 92 news pieces—covering war, politics, violence, and popular culture—from her birth to her final birthday. Each text was completed with a unique shade of grey, while the reverse side bore knife-scratched marks corresponding to the years. This drawing installation weaves personal memory with history, exploring time, loss, and the weight of past events. | |||||||
