South China Morning Post, June 18, 2012, 29.8 x 38.2 cm.

The image on page A10 was taken on June 17, 2012 at a voting centre in Paris, five people here but four are behind the curtain. The little girl on the right might ask her father how the election works and when she can also vote. The man on the left is scrutinizing what is on the ballot. He might still be thinking if he should support a new Socialist government. However, entering the booth with his foot lifting high up, he realizes the booth is bigger and different. Around 50, he could be an importer of low-cost consumables or in small retail business. He wears black leather shoes and jeans on Sunday, perhaps this is how he dresses for work on weekdays too. He might go to work after this, as it is still early.
