The young man in white, perhaps an office boy from a nearby trading company walks past the Central Government Offices. He has only completed two years of secondary education and his English is average. He tried his best to get this white-collar job with referrals from relatives. He lives in Wan Chai and usually walks home from work but thinks one day he can have his own car like the one just passing.
