DE Magazin Deutschland, summer, 2/2013, 27.5 x 21 cm.

In pages 50 and 51 is a photo reprinted from New York Times, taken in Promenade Robert Laffont, Marseille with Cathédrale de la Major as its backdrop. The reflection is seen on the glass façade of the Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations (MuCEM). The woman wearing a large grey overcoat with dot pattern is perhaps a journalist from Paris peeping inside the soon-to-be-opened museum. She would wonder how such a national museum, the first one outside Paris, could help revamp the notorious image of the city as a centre of violence, drug dealing and gang warfare.
