In this photo Tamiko poses at the railing outside the Asakura-do hall with the Stage of Kiyomizu in the background.It was taken on a day trip in April to Kiyomizu-dera before Tamiko and Tohru married. It was di cult to get a better view as every single opening along the railing was lled by people. The woman next to Tamiko had come here as part of a group tour from Kyushu organised by families and sta of a food manufacturer. She mostly worked on a production line skinning onions or processing other vegetables. It was a warm day but she preferred to keep her jacket on as she felt this looked better. She was waiting for the photographer to take her a picture.

この写真は、多美子さんが清水の舞台を背景に朝倉堂 の欄干の前でポーズをとっているものだ。多美子さん と亨さんが結婚する前の4月、清水寺への日帰り旅行 で撮影された。欄干が開いている場所は、人で埋め尽く されており、見晴らしは悪かった。多美子さんの隣にい る女性は、食品メーカーの社員とその家族による社員 旅行で九州から訪れていた。彼女は、主に玉ねぎの皮 を剥いたり、野菜を加工する生産ラインで働いていた。 この日は暖かかったのだが、彼女はジャケットを着たま まの方が素敵にみえるだろうと思って、そのままで写真 を撮ってもらうのを待っていた。
