As a special project of City Cookie for the re-opening of Museu da Imagem e do Som, São Paulo, The Spectacle of Space Consumption (right after it's produced!) was developed as a small temporary baking factory installed in the gallery where freshly baked cookies were offerred to the visitors. Specially made outfits (aprons and hats) bear the photo image which the form of cookies came from. The performance took place from 2-4pm on August 9, 2008.
It was remade in 2018 in Hong Kong for the inauguration of Tai Kwun Contemporary.
