Mr. Daisuke once studied an International Business Diploma at UC Berkeley, California in the United States. There he made friends with classmates from around the world. When one of them decided to tie the knot in Mexico City, they decided to have a reunion to celebrate. This photo was taken in the Palacio Nacional, the old man in the back once worked here as an English language tour guide before he retired. He knows by heart every story about the palace, from the architectural highlights to the paintings of Diego Rivera. On this day he had brought a box of churros with him as he was visiting old colleagues.

大介氏はかつて、米国カリフォルニア州のカリフォルニア大学バークレー校で国際経営学を学び、世界中からきていたクラスメイトと友人になった。その友人のひとりがメキシコシティで結婚式を挙げることになったので、みんなで祝おうと同窓会を開くことにした。 この写真はパラシオ・ナシオナル（国立宮殿）で撮影されたものだ。右側の一番奥に写っている男性は、退職する前はここで英語のガイドツアーをしていて、建築物の詳細からディエゴ・リベラの壁画まで宮殿についての物語を全て暗記していた。この日、彼はチュロスの箱を携えて、昔の同僚を訪ねようとしていたのだ。
