Photo collage series is a body of work made mainly in 1999. Photographs of urbanscapes are cutout such that only the skyline framed by the roof of buildings remains. Multiple shots are incorporated to document consecutive road intersections.


Warren at Church, 27 x 50 cm, 1999. At the junction between Warren Street and Church Street of New York, one image was shot to south and another to north.


Washington, 54 x 67.5 cm, 1999. Taken at all four corners of the Washington Square, New York.


Warren to West, 49 x 48.5 cm, 1999. Walking along Warren Street, at each of four blocks one photo was shot, always towards west. All prints are piled in the same order as they were photographed and then is opened like a fan.


Charles to East, 48.5 x 42.5 cm, 1999. Walking along Charles Street, at each of six blocks one photo was taken, always towards east. All prints are piled in the same order as they were photographed and then the whole set is opened like a fan.


Empire State, 68 x 54.5 cm, 1999. Four images were taken at four different corners of the Empire State Building in Manhattan.


Flatiron, 62 x 69 cm, 1999. Taken at all three different corners outside the Flatiron Building, New York.


Tompkins, Diameter 145 cm, 1999. Taken at all 12 junctions surrounding Tompkins Park, New York.
